How it works

The process is a simple one from your end. We ask that you have the room prepared, exactly the way you want it to be seen on the tour. It is important that nothing is visible that you don’t want your potential customers to see.
It is important that the rooms we are scanning are well lit so the camera can pick up clearer images, if we are scanning outside the tour must be conducted early morning.
We ask that the rooms are free of people, all staff must be made aware that the areas scanned are off limits for the short period of time that we are scanning the space.

If all of the above are completed, we will complete the scan in a timely fashion. The time taken to complete the tour varies on the size of the area being scanned. 

Once we have scanned the area, we will upload this onto our server and send across the relevant embed links. 

There are many ways to get the most out of your virtual tour and we will offer an on-going service to ensure you are benefitting from the service.
